Art Commissions Terms and Conditions: By commissioning artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

*Payment must be made upfront, and the agreed-upon price is non-refundable once work has commenced.

*I retains the right to display commissioned artwork in their portfolio or for promotional purposes, while the client retains personal use rights. Any revisions to the artwork may incur additional fees.

*All communication will be conducted via email or a platform of mutual agreement.

*Reserves the right to decline commissions that are in violation of ethical or content guidelines.

*Delivery times may vary, but an estimated timeline will be provided. In case of unforeseen circumstances, I will communicate delays. The client will receive high-resolution digital files upon completion.

*Any commercial use of the artwork requires prior consent and additional compensation. Do not steal/trace or try to claim my work.

*I will retain copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork. By commissioning, you affirm your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
